Where the magnolia meets the sky. This dreamy floral, with digitally enhanced, painterly effects, is created from my original photograph. (Picture an early Saturday morning, my neighbor's gorgeous, old, magnolia tree, a stepladder, and a precarious perch for me and my camera.)
A quietly sophisticated, black and white version of this magnolia, 'The Dinner Party', is also available in this gallery.

A belated 'Thank you!', Angel. The idea of the bloom meeting the sky was hatched when a visitor spotted this tree, across the street from my house, and said, "That's a dreamy magnolia!" :-)
